An eighteen carat yellow gold brooch designed as a bird with open beak, the rounded body made up of organically shaped settings, each set with a round cabochon cut turquoise, a blue sapphire for an eye, surround by scrill of platinum pavé set with six brilliant cut diamonds. Signed Van Cleef & Arpels, made in Paris. Numbered and dated 1964.
