A eighteen carat yellow gold and platinum Belle Epoque pendant designed as a curved heart-shaped frame, set with kalibré cut rubies, surrounded with diamond set floral motifs and with a pearl pendant drop. On a platinum chain with spring ring. Made in France, ca 1910 and numbered.
