A platinum ‘Trombino’ ring, set in the middle with an oval cabochon cut blue sapphire (heat treated, estimated weight 10 ct.), with on each side three baguette cut diamonds, the mount further all over pavé set with brilliant cut diamonds (total estimated weight 4.40 ct.). Signed Bvlgari, made ca 1960.
