An eighteen carat yellow gold and silver ring designed as two hearts; one set in the middle with a pear cut diamond (estimated weight 1.50 ct.) surrounded by emeralds, the other set in the middle with an emerald (estimated weight 1.40 ct.) surrounded by antique brilliant cut diamonds.
