An eighteen carat yellow gold extra long “Alhambra” longchain made of diamond cut cable chain, with on similar distances a total of twentythree “Alhambra” motifs carved from tiger’s eye in granulé frame, to a round spring clasp. Signed Van Cleef & Arpels and numbered. Dated 1971.

This type of extra long necklace, with 23 instead of the standard 20 “Alhambra” motifs, was exceptionally produced by Van Cleef & Arpels for their most esteemed customers.
